Filling The Circular Hole With A Peg That’s Square.
Tonight my friend and I decided to go to a new coffee shop. One I’ve been meaning to check out for a while now, but haven’t gotten around to it. We got lost on the way there, but eventually found it. Piano music playing, and coffee drinking, life was all well until I needed to go to the bathroom. I walk upstairs and open the door, waving my hand around the inside to find the light switch, I turn it on. I look at the mirror and realize there’s a face staring straight at me… I look at it some more trying to figure out if this is just an optical illusion when you open the door, or if there’s someone inside this bathroom. To my demise, a mannequin sitting in a canoe is staring straight at me. At that point I didn’t have to go the bathroom that bad, so I closed the door and scurried on back downstairs. Unfortunately I had to conquer my fear and use the bathroom. Bleh. I hate mannequins, they’re like oversized dolls, which I also hate. I bought a jean jacket today, and some new black jeans. The day before I finally got a nicely fitting pea coat and this twenty dollar jacket and ten dollars scarf from H&M. I love Black Friday, even though it’s become so cultish. I want some Chelsea boots now. I have spent the majority of my paycheck on clothes and coffee.
